Treviso
projectDomus 16 is the restoration of a 1920 space on the top of a mall in the city centre of Treviso, in Italy. The inner courtyard is the centre of the house: a room without ceiling coloured pink, connects visually all the spaces of the house. Cuts in the existing structure allow inter visibility among the different spaces in a constant flow between the inside and the outside. The existing plaster textures of the walls have been translated in contemporary furniture through the use of computational tools and fabrication.
